My passion for fitness stems from my time as a life-long soccer and volleyball athlete, and collegiate track and field sprinter at Point Loma Nazarene University. I am driven by my passion to help you in the gym in the way that the gym has helped transform me, both physically and mentally, and to inspire you to live a healthy life. No matter where you are in your journey, I am here to offer you motivation, guidance, accountability and confidence in the gym that you can carry throughout your life.
As a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with experience in a large public San Diego gym, I have helped hundreds of individuals achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. Every person is unique, therefore, my training techniques, monthly training program, nutrition guidance, and support is highly personalized to each and every client - you will be provided with all of the tools and knowledge you need to build and maintain a healthy, confident life.
