As I became a trainer at the young age of 19, I decided to make fitness achievable for all through my past 3 years of training. With the lowest rates and highest energy, I am a personal trainer because it is my passion to help humans grow. Growth can be mental, physical, or even social! I am excited to help you grow through positivity and personalized programming to fit your goals.
Experiencing school and training simultaneously has allowed myself to grow alongside you. I have graduated San Diego State this year with a degree in Kinesiology. A focus in Pre-Physical Therapy allowed me to apply and enter the Doctorate of Physical Therapy this upcoming May. With this being said, the knowledge and teachings to portrayed to you are as up-to-date as possible.
Specialities in Bodybuilding and Active Muscle Recovery allow me to provide the absolute best care and focus into your muscle growth along with nutritional and supplementation advice. I also perform cupping sessions for my clientele as it allows an increase in blood flow to tight muscles and overall faster recovery.
