I used to work as a healthcare provider, focusing on immediate, life-threatening, short-term care. But I wanted to make a bigger impact on long-term health and build lasting relationships. That’s why I pursued gold-standard certifications - so I can help older professionals improve their quality of life and support younger athletes in maximizing their performance in sport.
