I vividly remember 11 years ago, being stuck in my eating disorder, feeling so intimidated by the weight section in the gym, confused by all the fitness misinformation floating around, and believing that running on the treadmill was the key to the body of my dreams…
My journey out of that place was full of trial and error, but soon treadmills turned into barbells, under-fueled workouts turned into energized workouts, and my drive to workout became more about building myself up than shrinking myself down. Fast forward to today, I'm a Registered Dietitian, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Master in Exercise Science & Sports Nutrition, and I can say with confidence, figuring out how to take care of my body from a place of love & knowledge, changed. my. life. I want that transformation for you too!
