I have extensive experience as a multi-sport athlete. I have completed intense endurance races such as the Leadville 100 MTB race, Breck Epic, and La Ruta de conquistadors in Costa Rica as well as marathons, half-marathons, triathlon races of various lengths including the Half Ironman (70.3) distance. From my broad experience in swimming, biking, and running, I know what it takes to get an athlete to the finish line successfully. I utilize a web-based program for online coaching to build out a weekly program that gets emailed to you directly.
