The number one thing I want to achieve with all of my clients would be building up their confidence in whatever they do. Whether that be in the gym, trying new weights and exercises, working out in different modalities, or going for bigger goals. Even if it's not in the gym, just how they feel throughout their everyday life, if they feel more confident, more things can be achieved.
As an athlete growing up, I've had many coaches that have inspired me and motivated me to get where I am today. Now, I want to be that same figure for other people, no matter the age, gender, or starting point. Being a coach that makes people fall in love with the process and create a relationship with exercise that lasts a lifetime is the greatest feeling I get out of coaching.
