I grew up playing sports and once I graduated high school and was no longer playing sports, I knew I needed to find something else to keep me active. I decided to sign up for a gym membership, but I was terrified to actually start because I had never been in a gym and I had no idea what I was doing.
Slowly but surely I learned what to do and how to do things in the gym, but it took a long time. I eventually decided I wanted to help others learn how to work out and how to achieve their goals! I strive to teach my clients how to workout, and eventually how to program for themselves so they can be their own personal trainer because I know how scary and intimidating the gym can be!
